The new 1-bedroom flats in the Résidence du Vox (4 avenue de la Marende, 66700 Argèles-sur-Mer) are 984 ft from the Hôtel du Lido and 492 ft from the beach. They are located on the 2nd floor of this new residence (accessible by elevator) and are equipped for 4 people. They consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a lounge with a sofa bed, 2 televisions, a fully-equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a shower room with separate WC and a furnished loggia (no sea view). Each flat has its own parking space in the communal garage. Household linen (sheets and towels) is included. The keys are handed over at the Grand Hôtel du Lido reception (no intermediate cleaning unless requested). Pets are not allowed in these flats. Please note that the Résidence du Vox does not have a swimming pool.
